DESCRIPTION:\nPlanning around rapidly changing assets can be especially challenging.  Intellectual property is becoming an increasingly important asset and with positioning and valuation being especially challenging.   Digital assets cover a wide and rapidly growing field ranging from cryptocurrencies to NFTs.  Our panelists will help you sort out both the landscape as well as share best practices for handling.\n \nPanelists include:\n R.Gregory Earl, III of Earl Nelson Company Limited Henry Kaskov, Founder of Kaskov Valuations Tom McCartney, Founding Principal of My Advisor & Planner \nPLEASE NOTE:  Our Members are our most valuable asset.  As such, for the 2021/2022 season we ask that attendees at a Fox Valley Estate Planning Council meeting/event be either fully vaccinated by the date of the meeting/event or have a negative COVID-19 test result within 48 hours prior to the meeting/event.
